There is nothing more disgusting then people who don’t wash off their make up. Fucking go to CVS and buy some eye make up remover. God. It’s like five bucks. But in all honesty, Neutogena is a cruelty free company and I use their make up removers. If you wear a full face of make up, then buy both face make up remover and eye make up remover. The skin around your eyes is very delicate and if you don’t use a super gentle remover then you’re skin will get fucked up and you’ll have wrinkles by the time you’re twenty. And that is not sexy. Buy a one step cleanser for your face and an eye make up remover for your eyes. I’ll list companies that don’t animal test at the end of this post. It’s your choice whether you buy cruelty free or not. But this is my god damn blog so I’m only going to list companies that have moral values that I approve of.
Moving on to face wash. I currently use Burt’s Bee’s face wash/moisturizer/spot treatments. I like them. They’re natural and shit. Which is awesome. More importantly, they work. If you have severe acne then there’s no hope for you and you might as well wear a bag over your head for the next five years. But in all honesty you might want to see a dermatologist.
Kay, time to talk about moisturizer. If you don’t moisturize, you probably have dry skin. Which is just outright not good for your skin. And if you wear a full face of make up, you’ve probably noticed how bad your foundation looks when you put it on. Buy a fucking moisturizer. Noah’s Naturals make good moisturizers. And it’s natural. Moisturizing is extremely important for your skin. Your skin is the largest organ on your body and if you don’t take care of it you’ll have problems later on in life. Like premature aging. Also, sunscreen. Fucking use it. Even in the winter. But especially in the spring and summer. The sun can severely damage your skin. And cause premature aging, and honestly, I don’t know anyone who wants to look forty five when they’re thirty.
If you’ve got the money, Urban Decay and M.A.C both have very good skin care products.
